Industrial & Solar Sites
Worked on equipment installation, terminations and testing across utility-scale solar and industrial projects.
Industrial. Solar. Construction.
Before JFA Development Group, Javier Figueroa Anez spent more than fifteen years on industrial sites and utility-scale solar projects. He worked his way from the field into crew leadership, learning how to plan the work, manage people and materials, solve problems and keep large projects moving.
A career spent on large construction projects and the experience that came with it.
Javier Figueroa Anez built his career in industrial electrical and utility-scale solar construction. Over the years his responsibilities grew from completing the work himself to helping lead the people, materials, schedules and day-to-day decisions behind large projects.
That gave him an understanding of construction beyond one trade, including what it takes to keep several trades working at once.
He works in English and Spanish, and handles his own calls.
Worked on equipment installation, terminations and testing across utility-scale solar and industrial projects.
Experience with trenching, underground runs, backfill, compaction, equipment pads and heavy machinery.
Served as General Foreman: planning the day, assigning manpower, checking materials and keeping crews on procedure.
Pre-task planning, hazard identification, and working around inspections, deadlines and other trades.
Years on large job sites showed Javier how projects get planned, how people work, and how quickly poor planning causes problems. JFA Development Group brings that experience to residential and investment-property projects.
Kitchens, bathrooms and larger renovations start with understanding the property, your goals and the scope, then a realistic plan and clear communication throughout.
Updating existing spaces or addressing areas of a home that need attention, starting with what the owner wants and what the property realistically needs.
Investment properties have different priorities. JFA helps owners assess the property, decide what deserves attention, and think through scope and budget with the end goal in mind.
Every project is different, but the first steps should be clear.
A conversation about the property, what you’re trying to accomplish and what needs answering first.
Seeing the property in person and getting a clearer picture of the existing conditions.
Priorities, expected scope, budget considerations and next steps, discussed clearly.
Javier stays involved, keeps you updated and keeps the focus on the original goals.
